My car purchase was a great experience until I had to purchase tags for my vehicle. When I got there I was unable to because the finance department at the dealership missed charging me city tax on my purchase. This resulted in the inconvenience of not getting my tags, having to pay out of pocket a large sum of money for taxes that would have been in my financing, and then having to take time off of work again to get tags. The dealership did offer me 1 free oil change for my inconvenience. I negotiated 3 since I have encurred 3 inconveniences from this. I am still not happy about the out of pocket expense.

No follow up from service team in regards to a lug nut that was a tiny bit bigger. They told me they were going to call around to see if they could find one that fit.

Had a flat on the vehicle a week or so later. Could not get tire changed on side of road because lug nuts were rounded off when new tires were put on at Echo Park. Sixteen of 20 lug nuts on vehicle were rounded off and replaced by me. Have reported this before but no one has ever contacted me back.

Honestly my rating was 5 out of 5 stars but it has dropped based on the follow up. I was told that I would be followed up with to get a second key for the van. That follow up never happened. Additionally I already filled out a review still left it at 5 stars and citing that disappointment, and I still received no follow up. I don’t know that I would necessarily recommend you to friends at this point.

Car purchase was easy enough. No haggling or issues finding the car I searched out online. Finance process took an extremely long time and became frustrating. After the purchase was complete, the follow-up was pretty poor. Had to contact the dealer about an item that was supposed to be given to us and was forgotten, was told it would be sent out to us and still haven't received it... Also contacted the finance department with a question about the process and its effect on my credit report and wasn't given a response. Seems like once the deal was done, so was EchoPark with addressing any of our needs.

I bought my first Kia Sorento from the Echo Park in the Commerce City area and had a fabulous experience. Aaron was the name of the rep who helped me, and he made my first time buying a car from a dealership relaxing yet still exciting. Unfortunately, I was hit a year later which resulted in my SUV being totaled. Because my first experience was so great, I went back to Echo for my new Kia, but this time at the Thornton location. My experience lacked the relaxation and the excitement this time around. Once I explained why I was there, I felt pressured into picking a vehicle quickly. When I asked questions, such as about the visible rust under the tires, I received a brushed off answer about how all cars do that over time. This car was a year and a half old... Despite the pressure from the sales rep., I did find my replacement car from that location and feel confident in my purchase. Echo Park has fantastic prices for their vehicles, however salesmanship at Thornton is subpar.

I purchased a 2003 Lexus SC 430 hardtop convertible, one owner, with 39,050 miles on it. I purchased it online from Mechanicsburg, PA. I bought it because of your WORRY-FREE OWNWERSHIP AND YOUR RIGOROUS 190-POINT INSPECTION POLICY. The car had numerous problems from day one. Right side of roof had three visible scruff marks and three visible dents. Brakes on left front caliper hardware bracket was missing and the left rear spring and hold down clip were installed Incorrectly. Front two seats were coming apart had to have them repaired. due to the fact they had been repaired incorrectly with epoxy. Car had only a quarter tank of gas upon arrival. I was very disappointed. This car did not receive a rigorous 190 point inspection inside and outside. I want to thank DANIEL VIERRA AND MATTHEW HOPPER FOR THEIR HELP AND COOPERATION. THEY BOTH ARE ASSETS TO YOUR COMPANY. Not a bad experience per se, but my car cost several hundred more than the supposed "fair market value" I was shown on the iPad the salesmen presented me that came along with the Carfax. I was told it was so because that price was based on similar costs in the area...which was, of course, a lie. I was also pressured to finance through the dealership despite my MULTIPLE talks with management where I attempted to explain my pre-approval through a local credit union. They didn't budge from their stance budge until I (quite literally) walked out the door. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend EchoPark. Yes, the accommodations were nice—it was modern and swanky and all those things—but nice place setting don't always represent the meal.
