Have waited 1 month to receive the…
Have waited 1 month to receive the product when the website claims 4-5 business days. In addition, I paid for white glove setup and the product was shipped Fedex curbside. Your back end is very poor. As a 1st time customer, I do hope the product performs better than the back end. PS Rebecca has been very helpful however the situation was out of her control. She is a great communicator

Extremely rude delivery person
Extremely rude delivery person. My wife was home during delivery. Guy doesn’t know how to talk to a woman. Never had such rude delivery guys.

Over one month and still haven’t…
Over one month and still haven’t received treadmill. Over 30 days and I was informed after asking that item was oversold and discontinued.

Poor quality and poor customer service
I've been using the bike for a few years. I stopped paying for the subscription a while ago so I no longer do the classes. The bike was ok until it stopped working. After one firmware update, the screen stopped working properly. Customer Service was never able to fix that issue. The bigger problem now is that the resistance knob no longer works. This is a common problem if you look at online forums. Unfortunately the part needed to fix it (encoder wheel) is on "backorder". I have already been waiting over 3 MONTHS! When I followed up today, I was told it might be available in a month or two. Ridiculous. I would strongly recommend going with a better quality product.

I HAD to buy the subscription to get an…
I HAD to buy the subscription to get an account to use the app so the machine would work. I don’t want the training or the videos or anything like that. I plan to cancel and ask for a refund - the website said there was a 30 day trial.. nope.. got charged full price right away. The fact that my rowing machine does not work without their app is really dumb. It’s all so backwards. I feel forced into paying a subscription I don’t want. Do better Echelon.
