I have never been dissatisfied with echelon I have purchased several units and I have no complaint

I absolutely love all things Echelon! The interaction with the instructors, the competitions, and the celebrations.

Very pleased with the responsiveness of the team. I had hit the 1000 workout and inquired about getting the cube. They wrote right back and within the week it was at my door!

The whole experience was great. When I ordered I had someone who assisted since I was have an issue with the website (using the old number). It was excellent When I called for status I was assisted quickly and professionally Now that I have the treadmill , I love it. The only issue is that the print pm screen is small and I have a hard time reading

Have really enjoyed my Echelon Fitness bike. I have the app as well and have used it to do more strength training and yoga related routines. The one small issue I had setting up my account was resolved immediately. I love the bike and have been super pleased with all the classes so far!

Prompt service at a reasonable cost.

Echelon customer service is quick to respond. There was one hiccup. I received an offer code to use for my birthday, but when I tried to place an order, the code was not accepted. I contacted customer service and they prepared the order and made sure the code worked. Tracking information was available. And my order was received very quickly.
