Rebecca had helped me in the past and she is awesome. She figured out what was going on and fixed me right up. Hope I get her again if I need anything else.

Great workout and awesome Trainers in the comfort of your home
Love most the trainers and the amount of live classes available! Always kicks my butt! Shoutout to my faves -Jama, Micheal, Nicole and Eden and Alex also. Been enjoying Joey also. Love that I can still get a good work out in at my home!

We received our parts in time
We received our parts in time , however it was very upsetting that no one would help with how the parts are being installed or helping with parts diagrams. We have been in the fitness business for the past 34 years and NEVER had been told that you don't give out this information. How can one fix any of your equipment? your reply will be greatly appreciated. We received the parts in a timely and friendly manner. I still will need help in installing them? Please reply on this concern. We are looking forward to your reply. David

I called for my 1000 work out cube
I called for my 1000 work out cube, it was sent immediately. Thank You. I would like more updated classes for Barre, Zumba, Pilates, on my reflect. The strength classes are great and new ones all the time.

Fast Customer Service to Resolve Order Issue
On my first order, I was mistakenly sent the sleeved version of the shirts I ordered. Their customer service immediately sent the sleeveless versions and would NOT let me return the 2 incorrect items I received. "Keep them for my trouble" which I thought was extremely generous of them.
