Dear David Lee, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will ensure that we meet your expectations of quality and service. With regards to your query in particular, the promotional fare for your route was not available for your set of dates and we would also like to inform you that the website usually takes some time to get upload with the current fare. Those special fares are always subject to availability and get sold out very fast due to which we have to offer you with the next available fare for confirmed seats which can, sometimes, be considerably higher. Still we try to offer you with best available option with the best fare for your set dates. Our goal is to ensure our customers have a positive experience, and we would like to work on a solution that can make things right for you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly through [email protected] or call us on 1-800-404-0025, so we can discuss this further and find a resolution that meets your expectations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to serve you again in the future.
