Chose this site because it had the best fares. Booked tickets on a VERY full flight and mistakenly used my daughter's maiden name on her ticket. Had to call customer service and thank goodness for Tom and his supervisor Harold Connick. Harold was able to fix our tickets, getting us a better flight and dealt with some email problems, all with extraordinary, patience and kindness.

There was an extra $45 required to pay after I paid for my flight. I got a phone call at 5am to tell me. How rude and misleading. I couldn’t ask for a refund because then I would have to pay $150. I was forced to pay the extra $45. I would have never went this this booking if I new this.
