I had called in a panic as I booked the wrong locations for a returning flight, Levi Thomas was amazing in calming me down and finding a better flight that matched our needs. He was very patient and explained my options to better help my situation. This has been the best customer service encounter I have had in a very long time. Thank you to Levi Thomas.

Ernesto was great. He helped me rebook my flight without any issues

They did a good job

The ebooktrip staff helped me with care to change my booking effectively.

Good experience.

Catherine was super helpful and easy to deal with - and resolved all of my issues!

The first time I tried to book a flight with them, my payment information did not work. When I tried to take action to secure my ticket, I could not get ahold of the company over the phone (and there was no other option for taking action). My ticket reservation was cancelled because I could not take needed action within 24 hours. When I tried to rebook the flight, they told me ticket prices had skyrocketed. Thinking that was the only option, I booked the flight again. I checked flights through other companies later and found a much cheaper flight that matched my original ticket price. I called to cancel the flight and got a cancellation confirmation email, but still got charged for the flight even though I cancelled within 24 hours and was told I would receive a full refund.

I'm very satisfied with my booking. Even though I was on the call for a very long time (about an hour and twenty minutes), Marlin made sure to help me until I was completely sure of everything. I was able to confirm my tickets and make sure my payment went through from contacting customer service. Marlin was very patient with me and I'm grateful that Marlin stayed on the call until I was able to see the confirmation of everything on my end.
