Easy exchange policy without any fuss. Although one cannot rely on customer service to make the right recommendations according to one's needs. Ultimately, the customer makes the final decision even if it means a few inconveniences to return and purchase the right product.

I have purchased several items, mostly purses, from eBags over a few years. I have found them to be good value, well made, and delivered quickly. No complaints. The selection is great, too.

Excellent experience. Recently used ebags warranty on a 5 yr old bag where the zipper wore out. Warranty process was fair and painless. Replacement bag is awesome.

Haven't actually used this bag yet but it appears as described and seems of good quality. I'm planning a cruise and wanted it for my electronics etc. Plenty of room and the leather........yum.

ebags have been more than helpful in their attempts to help recover the missing tags purchased. Only problem, it appears they have been lost in the shuffle of trying to get here. But not the problem of ebags, rather the shipper, who-ever that might be. Apparently the tags are very popular and have disappeared off of the shelf and trying to figure out a replacement required picking a scene that isn't 2nd or 3rd choice, but acceptable regardless. Thanks, ebags, I like your products and service! Ed+ Langley

I would recommend ebags...delivery is fast..If there is a problem, one of my recent bags had an inside zipper not properly sewn into the leather, so I e-mailed them...They immediately sent out a replacement along with a postage paid return shipping label, to return the damaged bag with. This is the WAY TO DO BUSINESS & KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I appreciate sales & their prices seem to be very competitive..I am always shopping for sale items with great value...Keep up the superior customer service.
