The worst!!! This was once a good company that made good products and had decent customer service. It was the taken over by Samsonite (luggage) who destroyed the product selection and the product quality and the customer service. I once highly recommended Ebags. Now i advise you to stay away. I bought my wife new luggage. It broke the first time we used it. I have now made three attempts to get replacement parts. They keep asking for the same info from me that i have given them three times. Amazing how Samsonite destroyed Ebags.

Customer service is non existent. Emails go unanswered. No phone calls returned. It's an online company that does not help with any issues.

I ordered a bag with expedited shipping. The bag did not arrive in time. When I informed ebags they suggested I return the bag instead of reimbursing me for shipping. Very poor customer service. Then they sent me a link to do a survey but would not publish it because of the poor customer service.

If I could give them a zero I would. They told me I couldn’t order from Canada, yet I did last year and it has Canada listed as a drop down option. Completely ridiculous. I even talked to a supervisor that confirmed. Very frustrating. They’re useless

I like the bags. I ordered a new bag and did not get anything close to what I expected, they sent an item different from what I thought I was ordering. They made no aplogies and charged me to return the item. Their return policy is unacceptable.

I have a Laptop eBag now for over 7 years and the bag is bullet proof. I decided to add a new eBag to my travel luggage and ordered from Amazon the Luxon bag. Received the bag this week and the very first zipper I used to open the main compartment the zipper came off in my hand! Brand new bag. I would avoid any products from eBag they are not the same company. Called eBag customer service and got no help. They told me to go through Amazon for any complaints. I returned the bag and will be ordering a new bag from Ogio. Seems they have been bought out by Samsonite, now I know why the poor quality and customer service!

This company claims to have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in the workmanship of the product. The problem is that when I attempt to contact them via telephone, email, or Twitter nobody replies. I have been trying for a month now. A warranty is worthless if the company behind it does not stand by its word. Essentially, ebags is a fraud when it comes to customer loyalty and service.

Gift certificate code does not work online. Emailed without a response. Called customer service. On hold for 12 minutes and system hangs up. Horrible service. No product is worth this. I can't imagine what would happen if I had a problem with a purchased product.
