Not 18" as advertised...
I didn't use the hair but I order two bundles of 18" hair fom lockbraids and it was MORE hair than 5 bindles ofEayon hair. The Eayon hair (crochet) is not 18" when you hold it at the thin crochet piece. you have to outstretch it to make 18" there should be 18" on both sides of the thin crochet strip. I feel ripped off. the hair looks nice but I went with a different type of hair this time for my boho braids.

I order my package on sept.1 did not…
I order my package on sept.1 did not show as in transit/shipped until the 4th. That is ridiculous. The last time I ordered it did not take as long to get the hair.

The initial order was deliver it to the…
The initial order was delivered to the wrong address I've been informed it's not the fault of Eayon hair, however your looked upon as the company regardless of your delivery service. I was not compensated for the lost in mail. I also had to do my own groundwork had to call FedEx, call klara and also stay in constant contact with Eayon hair, it was a total disaster. I placed the second order I was promised a discount which wasn't given it's my last order thank you

LOVE IT!
the hair is very nice...it's the best hair i have every purchase ...so far no tangles at all. I purchase "16" two packs and only used one pack. Love it!

The order was not correct
The order was not correct. I ordered and paid for 18 inch hair and received 16 inch hair. Please pay attention before mailing.
