Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to wash and care for the hair multiple times already, and we’re sorry to hear you’re still experiencing a faint smell and some tangling. Sometimes with 100% human hair, especially after bleaching and coloring, the strands can become more fragile and may tangle slightly. Here are a few tips that may help: ✨ Try a deep conditioning treatment—leave conditioner in for 20–30 minutes before rinsing. ✨ Use a lightweight natural oil (like argan or coconut) to keep the hair hydrated and smooth. ✨ When detangling, use a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends to the top, ideally while the hair is damp and conditioned. We’ll continue to monitor your case—if after a few more treatments the smell or tangling persists, please let us know right away so we can find the best solution for you. 💕

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re happy to hear you love the natural look and easy maintenance of the hair. We truly appreciate your feedback about the loop section. The design is meant to make installation easier and more secure, but we understand that if it feels a bit stiff or longer than expected, it can show more than you’d like. A helpful tip is to gently soak the loop in warm water for a few seconds before installing — this softens it and makes it blend more naturally with the braids. We’ll also share your feedback with our product team to continue improving. Your input really helps us create a better experience.
