The hair is synthetic hair yet…
The hair is synthetic hair yet advertised as human hair. Do not buy if you are looking for human bulk hair for boho braids. Has a chemical smell and tangles and mattes terribly. Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is not up to par either. They will try to continue to convince you the hair is not synthetic but it is. I purchased the double drawn water wave bulk hair in 20 inches in colors 30 & 27. The smell comes from them dying the synthetic fibers.

Please rest assured that all of our colored human hair— including each bulk hair — is made from 100% human hair, and we do not mix synthetic fibers.Sometimes, due to packaging and overseas transit, human hair can retain a scent that fades after washing. We do recommend gently washing the hair before use. You can soak it in a mixture of warm water and a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for 10–15 minutes to help neutralize any odors, then follow up with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
