Disappointed in the hair quality
Disappointed in the hair quality. It looks gorgeous when you first put it in but the curls start to fall and straighten out and are very easily damaged. Definitely not for long-term styles at all.

Weigh your bundles!
I weighed my bundles and they were nearly 20 grams less than the advertised 90g per bundle. When I reached out to Eayon Hair they first said I would get an additional bundle to make up for it. Then they sent another email and were ordering me to return it. Extremely rude staff too. I do not recommend at all

Do not order from this company
I placed an online order with a company called EayonHair on September 21, 2025, for two hair products advertised as 18 inches in length. The total amount charged was $287, paid by Visa credit card. On August 23, 2025, I received the package, but the products were not what I ordered. The hair I received was approximately 12 inches in length and of significantly lower quality than what was advertised on the website. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times via the provided email address and WhatsApp number, to receive a refund but received no response and no resolution. There are also multiple online reviews reporting similar complaints, suggesting a pattern of misrepresentation, poor product quality, and lack of customer support from this seller. I am filing this complaint to: • Request action against EayonHair for deceptive business practices • Request a full refund of $287 • Help prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues

Great experience for the first time.
Stephany Debo decir que el cabello es suave, no tiene mal olor. Se puede lavar. Yo lo lavé porque miré algunos video de YouTube en donde recomendaban lavarlo. No salió el agua muy sucia la verdad. Aún no lo he instalado sin embargo no se siente pesado. Comunicarse con la empresa en realmente fácil, lo puedes hacer por la página o por WhatsApp, ellos siempre me respondieron a cualquier pregunta. La verdad 10/10 mi experiencia. It’s my first time purchasing here. I must say that the hair is soft and doesn't smell bad. It can be washed. I washed it because I watched some YouTube videos where they recommended washing it. To be honest, the water didn't come out very dirty. I haven't installed it yet, but it doesn't feel heavy. Contacting the company is really easy; you can do it through the website or WhatsApp, and they always answered any questions I had. Honestly, my experience was 10/10.
