Afro kinky bulk hair is just OK…
The overall shipping of the hair was average. I ordered the Afro kinky bulk hair. I haven’t washed the hair yet but it feels nice for Afro kinky texture. The hair actually softens once you did it in hot water. I had passion twist installed. I have a few issues with the hair. The bulk hair is straight at one end and kinky at the other. If you don’t cut the straight edge off it doesn’t blend well when you twist it, which requires a lot of cutting. That being said you lose about an inch, I purchased 22inches. This hair comes out short so additional pieces have to be fed in for length. So overall not worth the price.

Top-notch
I would give them and an 11 score! I ordered the relaxed straight hair/thin weft and 2 wks had gone by without any delivery status. And I needed my hair order for a show. I reached out by chat and they made it happen, all the way from China!! Excellent customer service, you actually get a human. FedEx delivered just in time. The hair was a good quality. I colored it and the process was about 7 minutes to get a beautiful 4/30. You know the hair is good when the color process is quick. I had the hair weaved in and with the thin weft it laid flat and blended so well into my hair. Needless to say my hair looks AMAZING! I highly recommend them and for their crochet hair too!

Waste of money
Do not order! Hair looks like shiny Barbie hair! Quality is subpar. I reached out for a refund or exchange days ago and no response! I will never order from them again!
