I love this hair

Review: Rigid Return Process & Slow Shipping
Review: I ordered crochet hair from Eayon Hair and experienced a 4-day shipping delay with no proactive update. Now I’m trying to return two unused packs (16” Natural Jerry Curl, T00040) and have sent 6 clear photos showing the hair is unworn and unwashed. However, their return policy is extremely rigid about tiny factory hair ties—which I cut off to inspect the hair—and I’m still waiting on approval. On top of that, no return shipping label is provided, leaving customers to cover and coordinate shipping themselves. The website gives the impression of hassle-free returns, but the process so far feels stressful and uncertain. Eayon Hair could improve by offering prepaid labels, being flexible when hair is clearly unused, and communicating delays more promptly. Date of experience: September 27, 2025

The hair quality was Horrible and a waste of $260.00
The hair quality was Horrible. Im was expecting quality hair, it tangled immediately. This is a bad experience l would a refund although l used some of the hair then took it OUT. $260.00 I FEEL RIPPED OFF. 😪😟

I really wanted to like the hair
I really wanted to like the hair, at first the hair was okay out the package and after washing so I had some hope. But it’s two weeks later and it’s so matted and tangled. I do not add any heavy product to the hair, water/leave in conditioner if anything. I tie my hair down nightly. It’s crazy because I was considering to get the double drawn hair but if the regular bulk hair is like this I doubt that would be better. Will be adding my review to my TikTok series on the style and the hair as this was my intention when purchasing.
