I ordered two packs of bundles and I…
I ordered two packs of bundles and I only received one pack. I was charged and never received the correct order I have emailed and did not get a response.

Still haven’t received it, and they work with FEDEX, what a waste of time.

Irritating to scalp
The shipping is fast. The hair is okay. The curl pattern is pretty but the hair is pretty itchy. It doesn’t feel like human hair but hey it was cheap so I wouldn’t expect it to be perfect. Seems to hold up. Update as of 1/29.. second installation and my scalp is so irritated and inflamed. I’ve been wearing hair extensions for 15 years ( hair from the beauty supply store (inexpensive) and I’ve bought hair that cost as much as 700 dollars ) and this has never happened to me. I looked up to see if hair coming from China may be coated in chemicals and they generally are. I’ll just stick to getting raw in processed hair. Like I really loved the hair and the lightness and the ability to do different hair styles but it’s so irritating. Keep in mind I’ve done everything to wash this hair. I’ve soaked it in vinegar, washed it with very expensive hair products and yet nothing helps. So sad as I really like the hair besides from whatever chemicals they put on it. If you ask them if they use chemicals, they will not say they do not.

Sadden and disappointed
I must admit, I’ve been admiring your hair for some time and was really disappointed by what I received. I will not purchase again from you but be loyal to the company I usually use. A three is generous but I don’t want to be over the top.

I like the hair but the shedding
I like the hair but the shedding is completely out of control. It is literally everywhere and once I opened the package hair was falling constantly. With one extension, only one strand was left because of the shedding. Idk if I just got a bad batch or not, but that’s my only issue is the intense shedding.
