I ordered 6 bundles of 18in hair
I ordered 6 bundles of 18in hair, 3 loose deep wave and 3 body wave. With my order, I was supposed to receive a free hair curling ribbon set. This company took my money and sent me 14in hair instead, and no free gift. I reached out to support about correcting the issue and have received no response. I’m honestly so upset because my hair appointment is this week and I’m out of $250 and stuck with hair I cannot use. I am now contacting my bank to dispute this. It’s not fair to charge people for one thing and send them whatever you want! I won’t be buying from this company again.

It is completely wrong that you received 14-inch hair instead of the 18-inch you ordered, did not get the promised free gift, and received no response from support. We understand why you are upset and are initiating a dispute with your bank. We are very sorry for the frustration and financial loss this has caused you.

This hair is so difficult to separate…
This hair is so difficult to separate prior to installing. It takes longer to separate the strands and prepare to install than it does to install them. I want my money back. So frustrating. Also extremely difficult for someone to see such a small thread even with my glasses on.

Goede eerste indruk
Website ziet er overzichtelijk uit, bestellen is heel eenvoudig. Pakketje was er binnen een week. Het haar was keurig verpakt in een mooi zakje met extra benodigdheden om het je makkelijk te maken. Het haar voelt zacht en ruikt niet. Dit is mijn eerste keer dat ik bestel. Ik heb het haar nog niet geïnstalleerd dus van daar 4 sterren.
