Customer Service is Top Tier
The customer service at Eayon Hair has been exceptional in particular Rose. I had issues with my order being imported and Rose responded quickly and timely and had another order sent. I appreciate that and look forward to purchasing more in the future.

I’m satisfied with my overall…
I’m satisfied with my overall experience with Eayon Hair. Although there was an issue with my original order, their customer service responded and worked with me to resolve the matter. They provided return instructions and stayed in communication throughout the process. I appreciate a company that is willing to address concerns and make things right. The hair quality is beautiful, soft, and looks great once installed. I’m happy with the final outcome.

I am beyond annoyed. I ordered hair on 4/18, and it is now 4/24. Per their website it says they process orders within 3-5 business day. It has been that I have yet to get an update. So, I canceled the order, again per their website and I've called several times! Where they messed up with me is no response, but I know how to handle situations as such as. Go legal which. It's not about the money it's the principle for me. It looks bad for the business and to customers to not respond at all. But good thing I'm married to a lawyer. I really dislike games. Simple acknowledgement goes a long way. If things are crazy, short staffed, sick, kids whatever, I get that but acknowledge your customers.

We normally process all orders within 3–5 business days as stated on our website, but we have been extremely understaffed recently, which caused the backlog and poor customer communication. There is no excuse for ignoring our customers, and we take full responsibility for this bad experience. We have respectfully received your cancellation request and will process your full refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. We truly value every customer and never mean to play games or waste your time. We appreciate your kindness and reasonable understanding even in this unpleasant situation. Again, we are deeply sorry for all the trouble we have caused you.
