we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our hair. We understand that an itchy scalp can be uncomfortable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take quality control very seriously and strive to provide the highest-quality products to our customers. We want to make things right and would like to offer you the best hair and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with our product. Our stylist will spray some mousse to hold the pattern better after the styling work is done. It is the smell after the final design, please do not worry. After a few washing, the smell will come out gradually.  In order not to delay the use of customers, all orders are packaged and shipped when they are completed, there is no time to dry for a period of time, coupled with the delay in transit, customers may smell some smell after receiving, customer can wash several times, and then put in a ventilated place to dry for 2-3 days which will be better.Additionally, your feedback will be extremely helpful to us in improving our products in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We'd like to express our regret for bringing you an unhappy experience this time. For hair, the most important thing is the care of the issue, especially for the bulk hair, because it is to be braided, but also increase the possibility of tangles. So when adding human hair to the braids, make sure to braid a good inch or two of the hair into the braid to prevent shedding. Human hair can still tangle, although less than synthetic hair. Try finger detangling daily and wrapping your hair with a scarf and bonnet at night to minimize tangling.
