During checkout, the Subscribe & Save option is presented to customers, and subscription details are included in our messaging. In addition, we sent five 3-day pre-billing notifications prior to your renewal; however, we did not receive a response until nine days after those notifications were sent. That said, we never want anyone to feel surprised or unsupported. Our Customer Service team has now canceled your subscription and sent you an email confirmation along with instructions for receiving a refund.
