Beware this company..you are automatically put on a subscription and they make it near impossible to cancel

Our subscription program complies with all FTC subscription requirements. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal, so there’s always time to make changes. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal on our website, and our customer service team is always happy to help.

They don't respond much and took my…
They don't respond much and took my money without sending my order at all and when they finally felt ready to send my order days later they still didn't because they asked for a "approve" reply through Gmail first and they have short hours so by the time I saw the message it was already too late and I had to wait a whole another day just so they can maybe send my order on the way. Waste of time especially since I spend a lot of money already.

Signed me up for a sneaky monthly…
Signed me up for a sneaky monthly subscription without my consent. Also inundated me with multiple offers at checkout. Very annoying. Responding to their response: you did add a subscription that I did not sign up for and I wasn't confused at checkout. I was bombarded by a bunch of annoying prompts to add to my order.

STAY away from this business
STAY away from this business. They are deceitful and will sign you up for a $100 monthly candy subscription that is nowhere clearly marked or stated when you place an order. The website is terrible to navigate, confusing, with no login screen to check your order (it only appears after you respond to their email). Even afterward, there is no cancellation option, and you can't delete your credit card/payment. JUST STAY AWAY from this business. SHAME ON THEM!

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. First the candy should come with a warning label. Eat a full bag in a day don’t plan on leaving the bathroom. Eat 2 in a day you best take the day off because you are not leaving the house. Second these assholes sign you up with subscription when you buy… you don’t know it and it does not say anything about it but yes you get their shitty candy twice. And then you can’t cancel it……..tried for an hour and then just had to call my bank… don’t order this shit it’s a nightmare from the start.

Package lost, terrible response time
We were very excited ans made a rather large order. The day of delivery it was delayed and no updates for a week. Chat person stopped responding and when they did answer, had 0 idea where the package was. All the trackers said "should have been delivered" with no ETA. Had to call and email. Took 4 email communications for them finally to cancel my order and refund my money. TERRIBLE experience. Won't order again.

Did not even confirm order
Did not even confirm order. They billed me at a much higher price than quoted and would not cancel. Immediately after claims it had already been shipped. This company is rightfully named. Shameless The company agreed to a partial refund of the $61.98 I paid.

This product destroyed my digestive…
This product destroyed my digestive system. It made me sick. I have bags left and cannot eat them. It was a big waste of money.
