3 stars for the 3 out of 10 bags I didn't receive in an order that took extremely long to receive. Once I figured out the treats are made, but not sold, in China. The company based in the US has yet to respond to my emails about the missing expensive treats. Tasty, but at what cost?

I canceled my subscription on Saturday, August 22, 2026, receiving explicit written confirmation from customer support that my subscription was canceled as of that date.  On Monday, August 24, 2026, I followed up to check if any existing orders were already in transit, but received no indication of an active shipment.  On Tuesday, August 25, 2026—3 days after cancellation—they processed a new charge of $116.49.  On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, they dispatched shipment #SS372407.  When I contacted support to stop the unauthorized shipment, they defaulted to automated scripts stating that "orders in transit cannot be cancelled," ignoring the fact that the shipment was created days after the subscription was terminated. I subscribed to their delivery service. Received and fully paid for the product delivered before I canceled my service.

Very good product. Delicious vegan friendly gummies that are loaded with fiber and low on sugar. But the companies sales tactics are sketchy at best. They confuse and trick people into subscriptions, make it hard to cancel, have sketchy software that can accidently add orders to your cart and call with sales pitches unprompted once they have your contact. The companies practices are so imoral and shady that it almost makes the product not worth it. Almost. The product speaks for itself.

I like their snacks - what’s not to like? They’re very low in sugar, packed with fiber, and taste great. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of their logistics and poor website design. I have a subscription, but I like to switch up the flavors each month. Doing that is impossible. The website says you can, but when you try, you get all sorts of errors. It’s easy to accidentally select every 2 months instead of monthly. And don’t get me started on the website design — it’s so confusing. To make matters worse, there are two Shameless Snacks websites. Their customer service has been good so far. When I contacted them about their website, they called me immediately. I had to change all the flavors over the phone, but they were friendly and apologetic, saying management was working on fixing the site. We’ll see….

The only thing we didnt like is the subscription. Id rather just purchase the flavors I want when I want them. We also did not receive our free gifts . That was very disappointing.

I was bummed to find I had paid $2.99 for snack size bags :( I normally purchase at a retail store for $6.99 for 3 & 1/2 servings :) I won't make this mistake again!

They’re ok. The ones without the “sugar coating” have very little flavor. I ordered and was given a 10% discount coupon the expired in 2 days - before my order was even shipped actually so worthless. I would love to be able to buy locally at 1-2 bags at a time but the only place that carries it is Target and they (if it’s on stock) only have 1-2 flavors, usually the super sour. Don’t think it’s worth ordering again because I will take forever to eat these 20 bags.
