I loaded a gift card onto the website and email support twice to see if it was loading and I never heard back. When my mom called to buy me the gift card, she said that support was very unhelpful. food is great but customer support isn’t

I just wish there was an option to vary meals without having to manually change it every week. Maybe having an app for ease of access wand being able to contact the company easier would help. Sometimes the chicken can be dry for certain meals, but all in all it’s solid and served me well

I cancelled my subscription and I got shafted after getting an email confirmation of cancellation. I called and was told to forward an email to show proof, I did that and I never got a response back. Sometimes I would get some meals I didn’t order and also a lot of meals don’t have labels or nutritional information.

The app confirmed my shipment was skipped one week but I was charged and it arrived anyway. I couldn't get in touch with customer service at first and when I finally did, their solution was to issue a credit instead of a refund, and to put my account on "by request only" instead of auto shipped. Logging in today, it says I received a shipment for 2 weeks ago, which I did not receive, and the was no credit on my account as customer service assured me there would be. The food isn't that great either. The veggies are mush and gross, the rest is very hit or miss. Terrible service overall.
