I am being charged weekly for meals I am not receiving, delivery notification clearly shows not my address. This is an ongoing issue and I will have to cancel my subscription. Food is good but too much of a headache chasing deliveries.

By far the best meal plan company I’ve tried and the service is amazing

They are food ninjas. I wake up Monday morning and my food is just waiting to be put away. Everything tastes great! I work seven days a week with no time to cook and don’t eat fast food. It’s the best!

Food is good and affordable. They also have a solid selection of meals for all pallets.

I do not like food the specifically the chicken , too many parts of gristle , and tendons . I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. No offense just not my liking . Great packaging, no shipment problems. Costumer service is lacking . They don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails and emails

The driver doesn't ring the doorbell and leave it on porch, he has it hanging on fence. Sometimes they don't take the b ag I leave on the door with them

I have enjoyed the first week of my food with this company. Unfortunately I was unable to pick my first or second week food and any other subsequent food because as a blind user I am unable to work with the website. I have notified customer service of this by phone and have yet to see any change or receive any confirmation as of this writing. Again, the food was amazing, the service was on time for the most part. But the biggest challenge for me to be able to continue is that they have not yet fixed the clear accessibility issues on their website for those of us that are blind and trying to use the service. Because I am on keto I need to maintain a keto lifestyle. If I don’t choose my meals by a certain time, I don’t get to pick my meals and they send me the “chefs choice“ and that includes meals that I don’t want. One more minor annoyance is the fact that they do not send me any reminder emails such as other services I’ve had that remind me that I need to complete my choices by a certain date. They just assume that I know those dates. I also continue to get promotional emails even though I am a customer, hello guys, I am already a customer stop offering me first time discounts that I cannot use. But, overall, I think there is room for improvement but it is a great service for the food. And after all, the food is a major part of what we’re here for, right? Blind people, such as myself, use something called a screen reader to access websites on our mobile devices and computers. To be able to use these pieces of software with websites, websites need to comply with certain accessibility standards. These are well published, and it is a violation of the Americans with disabilities act to not embrace them. Many a lawsuit has been lost Because of the lack of these standards being adhered to buy an organization. Well I do not intend to sue this organization, I can just take my business elsewhere. As I said, the food is awesome, so I want to be a customer. So, because my money is as green as anyone else’s, please fix the website so I can continue to spend it with you.

Good tasting food at a good price. Portions are also plentiful and most of the time include some vegetables. New dishes added would be a plus to the menu. Delivery is always consistent with the time of day, a single knock on the door would be greatly appreciated to let customer know delivery has taken place.
