Unprofessional and slapped together. Packaging lacked labels, labels were upside down, individual meals were upside down, most the food wasn't even what had been ordered, orders arrived late or early, resulting in us getting 60 meals in a single day. Cancelled and will be taking business to a place that runs itself like a business.

This is the worse my packaged food company out there. They sent me my order which was cancelled well within the required timeframe. Then sent a bunch of low quality meals full of gluten and dairy, which i indicated as ingredients I need to avoid. Factor and Ghustle are much better options!

Listen to the one star reviews, this place is an absolutely nightmare. The food never arrives on time, it is melted together, I tried to cancel twice and they still sent out boxes and charged me anyway. Customer service is rude, doesn't know how to listen or follow directions.

Good afternoon, Would love to hear more about this and rectify any inconvenience that was caused. What was your method of cancelling? The cancel button on our website gives all of our clients the ability to cancel anytime they would like. We use UPS and FedEx as our courier services. Both have nearly a 98% success rate with deliveries although if there is any issue we immediately credit our clients back or send out a fresh delivery. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUNDS!!! Do not ever use this company!! THEY ARE A SCAM! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED FOR MEAL SERVICE. My food delivery was scheduled for Monday and it didn’t arrive until late Wednesday. All of the freeze packs were melted and food no longer edible because meat must be kept at 40 degrees or less to stay fresh. I have told them about 50 effing times that I do not want a new box, just a refund. They then tell me I have to send pictures?! Am I in a dream? In what world would you possibly need pictures when you literally have the tracking show that the delivery arrived insanely late!!! What do they do? They send me another box. Give me my effing refund and honor my cancellation!! I want nothing to do with this service and I genuinely hope they go bankrupt bc all they’re doing is scamming customers. All these “good reviews” I can guarantee are coming from employees.

Hi Merve, We appreciate all feedback. I did have a chance to review your delivery and took a look at the tracking information. Your delivery was sent out Monday and arrived to your doorstep Wednesday. Our meals are sent out with several gel packs and a top of the line insulated cooling liner to keep your meals at the correct temperature, however if there’s any issue we immediately rectify the situation by sending out a fresh delivery or by providing a credit towards your next order. From your comment it seems that you wanted a refund, which we can do as well although we ask for images of the delivery prior to providing a refund as most meal delivery services do as well. Inconsistent delivery times. Delivery of incorrect meals most of the time. Incorrect charges in your credit card for meals you didn’t select. Packaging seal between container and plastic cover melts when place in microwave for 2 mins. Not safe! Food is OK. Service sucks!

Have had a horrible experience with this company. Despite cancelling before my first order I have now received and been charged for three deliveries! Calls and emails go unanswered. Do Not order from this company!!

I have given this company a chance to make good since I started my membership in November 2023. Problems started right after the introductory week. The promised discount advertised in the promotion for the following weeks after the first week was never honored. There have been numerous mistakes on their part when I wanted the order paused (they input the wrong weeks) and receiving the wrong foods from my selections on several delivered orders. The company rarely answers your inquiries for resolution. One rep sent a text after I sent a lengthy email asking, "How can I help you?" I reiterated all my concerns again via text and never heard back from her. When you are lucky enough for someone to answer the phone they will tell you your problem has now been addressed and taken care of but guess what....nothing will have been done. Don't waste your valuable time on this company (because you WILL eventually be trying to continually contact them about something) and instead spend your hard earned money on a company that really takes care of its customers. My daughter also tried to use them and they totally messed up her account and orders, owed her over $500 and NEVER got back to her about it. She paid through her debit card so she had no recourse. I used a credit card and I am in a dispute claim right now. The company literally gave me a headache many times. It is a deceptive company and I hope you won't be misled by the raving reviews.
