These meals are very convenient for me. I have younger kids that are active in activities and I don't have time to cook during the week. so ordering 10 prepared meals lunch and dinner worked for me. On top of it the fact that they have diet friendly food such as keto, paleo, or whatever works for you. it is very convenient for me.

My experience will eat clean has been amazing. The food is delicious delightful and very, very healthy.

The first order I received from EatClean was delicious, delivered in a timely manner, and the meals were all correct. However, my second set of meals were all bland, any meat in the meals was chewy, and I had to add my own ingredients to make it even edible. It was delivered very late on a Wednesday night, this only giving me about 6 days to eat the meals. On top of it all, 3 of the meals were incorrect. For this reason, I will not be continuing my subscription and will be finding help elsewhere.

My meals are delivered on time and they are fresh and delicious. When I have any issue, my emails are replied to extremely quickly.

Title: Disastrous Experience with Eat Clean: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support I recently decided to give Eat Clean a try, hoping to simplify my meal planning and enjoy nutritious meals delivered to my doorstep. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. After placing my order and receiving confirmation along with a promised delivery date, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my meals. However, when the delivery date came and went without any sign of my order, I was left bewildered. According to Eat Clean, my order had been delivered, but as the customer, I can confirm that it was nowhere to be found. Upon contacting Eat Clean's Customer Service, I was met with incompetence and a lack of professionalism. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, I was told that I needed to contact the logistics department for a UPS tracking number. In this day and age of online ordering, such a requirement is absurd and reflects poorly on the company's organizational skills. To make matters worse, when I finally received a call back after opening a complaint ticket, the customer service representative was nearly impossible to understand due to background noise of children and adults yelling. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Even after expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction, I was offered no concrete solution. The representative simply wanted to send out another box without providing any confirmation of a replacement order ID or a tracking number. Naturally, I declined this offer, as I had lost all faith in the company's ability to deliver on its promises. I have since canceled my subscription with Eat Clean and am left doubting whether I will even receive a refund for the undelivered order. Despite being provided with a supposedly "manager" email address, I have little confidence that my concerns will be addressed in a satisfactory manner. In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money with Eat Clean. Their unreliable service, lack of communication, and unprofessional customer support make them a joke of a company. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reputable meal delivery service.

I chose this meal delivery specifically because it offers low sodium options, which I need due to high blood pressure. I was very pleasantly surprised that the meals were actually quite delicious. However, I have to give 3 stars for a couple of reasons: 1) The plastic containers which are supposed to be microwave safe always melt and curl up during heating - this can't be safe. 2) The customer service is the absolute WORST. If you call the number you will just sit on hold for 10+ minutes until a message finally says no one is available, leave a message. If you submit a ticket through the app, they will just mark it complete without ever resolving the issue. Recently I was charged $125 for a weekly delivery but never received it, no tracking, nothing but it says delivered. When I inquired they just said a Customer Service Rep will assist you as soon as possible and then they closed out the ticket with no resolution. Also, I asked to have a week paused due to travel and they said that they cancelled my subscription and gave me a credit, which is not really what I asked for (also, I don't see any credit). In summary, the food is pretty yummy compared to most meal services, but the customer service is in need of drastic improvements.
