First time using ECCS and won't be the last. Easy to order, was kept up to date on everything, signing and shipping.

I reached out about having an item done, and asked about specific colors. I was told only 2 of the 4 colors I wanted would be available. I then requested alternating colors of those 2, only to be told that would not be possible after paying. I sent the items in marked as I wanted them done anyways. One was done sort of how I asked the other was not, which would have been fine, had that been the case for all ECCS customers from this signing. But another smaller company sent or brought bulk items in to the same signing, and then posted the items, signed exactly the way I had initially inquired about in all 4 colors. Moral of the story here, if you are buying 1 or 2 autographs you dont matter and you get what they want to give you. If you want what YOU want, youre gonna need to buy like 50 slots or more. It's a shame because I had heard nothing but good things about ECCS, turnaround time was great, probably the fastest I've seen. The pricepoint was unusually reasonable, the shipping was fairly priced and packed well, I wanted to have a good experience, but if I cant get what I paid for while others get exactly what I requested, I dont want to do business again. Unfortunately I know this wasnt an isolated incident as complaining in the community found several others who requested 4x colors only to be told they would only get/or just given 1 color.

I have used ECCS a couple of times and each time I received the item very quick. It was done to my specifications. I was very happy with the items and the people I gave them too loved them.

Chris and Brian are true professionals who go above and beyond to take care of your items. They will return them promptly and packed very well. All the items I've sent have turned out great. They will continue to get my business because they are at the top of the list of the best in the business.

Products are fine and arrived eventually. For the high prices I would expect customer service to be a little less rude when answering questions.

Excellent company to do business with, great value for money and excellent communication throughout the transaction. This was my first time ordering with East Coast Collectables but it definitely won’t be the last.
