Super impressed with the service that Brian provided for the Bob Odenkirk signing. Really quick response to all emails, clear instructions and items returned promptly (and incredibly well packaged). I would have gave them a 5 star rating but the last time I ordered they missed my order. One was for my daughter. They did give me my money back and store credit which was cool but my daughter was unable to complete her collection. This person rarely signs autographs so was a little disappointed. I'm trying one more time with different stars, but still can't complete collection
