Excellent customer service best mail in service ever! Was doubtful at first I never had heard of this company but they are very quick to answer questions and they very exceptional when it comes to packaging they made sure my stuff would not bend or anything i would gladly keep doing buisness with them

I’ve used them a few times now for send-ins and never had an issue. Do a great job of getting the right pen colour, placement, inscriptions (character name or quote), and sometimes a pic of the celeb signing which is great. Just got two items back from Terrific Con - Anthony Michael Hall to complete a Breakfast Club piece, and added Ilan Mitchell-Smith to a Weird Science piece.
