The Good: Website ordering was easy with plenty of options. A staggering number of pen options to match exactly the type of aesthetic you are looking for. My send-in item was returned promptly after the signing. The autograph signature was solid with the paint marker obviously well-primed and not dull. Prompt replies to email questions. The Bad: The sealed action figure I sent was well-prepared and I was careful to protect the card back. The condition of these additional precautions upon return made me thankful I took the extra steps to protect it. The figure and card back itself were damage free as a result. The Ugly: It was under $7 for me to ship USPS, but I was charged $20 for return by UPS. When asked, the owner explained it was due to the "time" it took to place my figure in the same box I sent it in. It's a shame, honestly, as I feel this cheapens the perception of the business and my experience as a whole. This felt like I was being lied to and stolen from after already paying a significant fee for the service I requested and paid for. The original purchase receipt for this fee indicates "Ship by Weight" which further adds to this feeling of deceitfulness. A refund of the difference that was actually paid was refused.

We are happy you received your item perfectly signed and in great condition less than a week after a convention signing which we were traveling for. It's unfortunate you take issue with $20 for shipping of an action figure which we shipped UPS and was cetainly not under $7 to ship. Our shipping and handling fees are paid in advance by customers when placing an order, and we are less expensive than any other company when it comes to shipping/handling. Additionally, we often replace packaging when needed and also refund/credit shipping costs when we feel it is excessive due to numerous items shipping together... but asking us for a refund in shipping costs to save $5 after you received your item in great condition is not taking into account what actual costs actually are. Enjoy your item, glad it arrived safe, sound and perfectly autographed.

Overall I was happy with the service however when I received my order there was a sticky note stuck to my art print. Please do not put sticky notes on photo paper

Glad you items arrived signed perfectly and in safe condition. Post it notes are required to be on all send in items so we know how to have each signed with customer specifications & requests. With handling 1000s of items per year it would be impossible to look up each order individually as a signer is signing them, which is why an item must be labeled properly. This is standard procedure for every send in company.

Good reputable company. Return my item and my money when the celebrity guest didn’t appear.
