This company is always efficient and wonderful. I've ordered from them, multiple times, and have never been disappointed. Excellent care and quality, and turnaround time is just as amazing.

Was extremely happy with the Service. Quick turn around Time on my Order. Pop box was returned in the same condition as I sent it. Autograph came out great. ECCS could use better customer service. After reading 5 star reviews about how ECCS helped ppl through each step of the process with communication. I sent a message and after 10 days of no reply. I sent a 2nd message. Response told nothing about my order. Only got the usual automated generic response COPY / PASTE.... we don't have to inform you of blah blah. Took 1 star off cause of the customer service response i got seemed a little rude. P.S. The responses to these ratings is all the proof on how they do not help each step of the way. Making me think some 5 star reviews are fake. Don't argue with ppl just do better customer service 🙄

Our customers understand that we simply cannot respond to weather your item arrived on time and thats why you have tracking to confirm delivery of your item to us. We handle 10s of 1000s of items per year as a 2 man operation. Additionally all our reviews are from genuine customers. Glad your item arrived perfectly signed in under a week after a major convention. Enjoy!
