It was a little tough sending in just the box, but the instructions and information absorbed made it pretty painless. There was a mixup with the jsa , but even that was fixed pretty easily. The rain for my rating is the customer service and the owner follow up. Shows me not only did the staff value their customers, but also takes pride in their service. With confidence I know if I needed help or had concerns, they'd be there to help.
