DO NOT BUY: Sold me common weeds instead of Creeping Thyme ($50 scam) ​I paid $50 for Creeping Thyme seed from Earthwise Seed Company, and what grew was completely outrageous. Instead of creeping thyme, the seeds germinated into Smartweed (Persicaria)—a common, invasive annual weed you can NEVER get ride of. ​They aren't just selling low-quality seeds; they are shipping outright mislabeled weed seeds to unsuspecting gardeners. I spent weeks watering, tending, and wasting garden space on an invasive weed. ​When you reach out to them, don't expect them to make it right voluntarily. I had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) just to get my refund. Save yourself the money, time, and headache—buy your seeds from a legitimate, reputable nursery.

Spent approximately $100 for seed packets. Prepared the area, cast the seeds watered daily. After five weeks not one sprout. Two calls and three emails, resulted in a offer to replace the seeds. Two weeks have passed and no replacements.

The seed recommended by the company for my region in the San Fernando Valley of California died as soon as it grew and matured. I followed their directions to the letter. I also continued to water the lawn everyday, which for drought resistant grass should be Overkill. The company's response was simply that I should water it more. If watering it everyday is not enough, then it certainly does not qualify as drought resistant. They refused to offer a refund and instead sent me more of their flawed seed. I absolutely do not recommend this company nor their product.

They sold me creeping smartweed, saying that it would only grow 4 to 6 inches. Almost all of the plants are going to 2 to 3 feet. When I sent them pictures of it that match the pictures on their website, they told me that they were just weeds. Weeds that happened to grow in a place where plants never grew before, that I kept perfectly weeded, that happened to grow exactly where I planted their seeds, and looked exactly like the plants that they had pictured on their website. Ordered in March (charged )and then got email saying label created and shipped with shipping number. Never got it until after about 4 attempts to talk to someone, it arrived in June! Called another time and finally got a person who was not helpful at all. Tried saying they hold the orders until ........ to help with shipping or something that made no sense. No apology or any form of compensation for an item I no longer needed. Rude ! Crap company! Out the money...

What was advertised as an eco-friendly Lawn alternative care company turned out to be a complete waste. I ordered seeds back in March. May rolls around and I still haven't received them. I emailed to find out what is happening and they hadn't even been shipped yet. They said I would get a refund if I chose to cancel delivery. Almost 2 months go by with multiple emails and calls from me to them trying to get my refund and finally I had to go through my credit card company to report them. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed my order in March and never received the seeds. "Jim" promised to refund part of my payment, and that the order would be shipped soon. Neither happened. I had to get my credit card company involved to finally get a refund. The credit to my card happened yesterday- months after being promised Earthwise would make it right. I will never order anything from this company again. I think the business is a sham.
