My daughter bought this seed for me. First she had to email them as it never shipped in the time framed indicated. So finally it shipped and we received it. Now we have planted several times over according to the instructions and none of it has grown at all. I believe the seed we got was non viable. It was also supposed to be a mix of pet grass and clover but there is only one kind of seed in the bag. Very unhappy. Would not waste money on this product. Gave 2 stars because we actually got the seed.

I placed an order on April 12. It got as far as "label created" and then stalled. I followed up on May 7 by email, and a customer service rep named Jim (who wrote like AI) told me that he was pushing my order through that day. It's May 22 now, and still no progress. I've emailed four times and called once. The robo voice when I called said that no one was available to answer my call and had me leave a voicemail, which I did. Ironically, my order page says "Return window closed on May 9, 2026," even though I never received the product! I guess I'll dispute the transaction with my credit card company now, because I'm out of options. UPDATE: A couple weeks after I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, my order suddenly arrived at my house! No shipping notification, no communication from Earthwise, nothing. But it's my order, and it's correct! It just took almost 2 months to arrive.

Even though the initial product was decent, the second item (Truegrass Native Lawn, which is uber-expensive) didn't grow. I sent pictures and was told that it was growing ("coming through" was the exact term), when in fact it is NOT. A rip-off considering the back-and-forth via email, without any offer of a refund; this is not a good way to do business.

I ordered on April 20th, and still haven't received my order. I emailed them multiple times and they said they were waiting on more stock. My advise, is show stuff online as out of stock until you have it in. I am absolutely not going to order from here again as it's unreliable and I missed the perfect window of time to plant my seeds.

My experience with shipping was horrible! I finally received my order over a month late. Among other things, I ordered the Humming Bird wildflower mix. Today, I planted the seeds. I have to say, it looked like a nice, healthy variety. I will come back and report on germination rate and will post pics. They do seem like a good company, despite shipping probs.
