I have not planted my seeds yet. I experienced the same shipping delays as others as well as the lack of email confirmation of the sale and shipping. I also tried emailing without a response. I ended up calling and waiting on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to a human and they assured me they would get the product out asap. A day later I started getting updates on the delivery and it arrived four days later.

Way behind on orders and believe they are getting hammered with messages too. As they get more organized hope they can give better updates on their page or social media. Will definitely update when I can comment on product. Pretty excited to try them out. One part of business is in NE, storm definitely slowed them down at busy time of year.

I bought seed on 3/3/2025, but I did not receive a conformation receipt and I have not received the seed. I have contacted Earthwise via email. Update: I appreciate the response of the company. It seems though that they need to find a way to timely ship their orders and anticipate busy times. A few days after I posted my first review, I received the seed. I sowed and hope for the best!

Sorry for the delay your order was shipped via UPS on March 8th. It’s scheduled to be delivered today. I don’t want to share that information on here but I did email you the tracking. Sorry for the delay. We are very busy also you never received an email with your tracking because when you placed your order with us, you did not provide us with an email address only a phone number. I hope once you receive your package from UPS today, you will reconsider this feedback. We are extremely busy and trying to keep up with all of our orders during the busiest peak season of the year. Original Review: Ordered almost a week ago. Website says 24-48hr shipping. No shipment! No communication! Charged my card already even though never shipped the product. I’m trying to reach them now a few different ways. Will probably have to report to my bank and report to consumer affairs. Update: I was hoping that this review would get the attention of the company as it appeared that they responded to these every time. I was unable to get a response through the emails that you’ve provided for contact or trying to contact you on Facebook. Firstly, I’m glad at least your exist as I’ve heard nothing from you since I placed my order. Secondly, your website clearly states 24 to 48 hours to ship under your shipping policy and it appears this is an issue every person appears to be having because every review on this website talks about it. So maybe you should adjust your policy on the website to manage customers’ expectations. Or at the very least communicate with your customers about the delay. Thirdly, I will await until I actually receive your product to fully update my review to let other customers know my full experience as I’ve yet to get it. But at least I’m glad I was able to get your attention this way. Final Update: I wanted to post the final update and update my review as promised. I did receive the product. It did come packaged pretty well. Has a link to instructions. Just know to manage your expectations. The company does not ship and you were close to the 24-48 hour window as promised. That appears to be a consistent complaint across most reviews I’ve seen and the customer service has been less than great and somewhat rude. it took three weeks from the time I ordered to the time I got the product. Even after they have created the label and I got a shipment notification, it took another week for them to actually get the product to the shipping carrier. But I did get it and it looks fine.

Hi Jane, I’m not sure where you’re trying to reach us. We respond to every email within an hour. We answer every phone call during the daytime when we’re open and we respond to our live chat on the website 24 hours a day. Maybe you should consider that it’s early spring and we are insanely busy you ordered less than a week ago. We are working towards as fast as we can. We’re processing hundreds of orders a day we are not a scam or nothing to be aware of. We are 100% legit and your order will be shipped out very soon probably tomorrow your order hasn’t even been a week that’s including Sunday when we’re closed, please reconsider your review.
