I ordered a grounding sheet one month ago, quick delivery and I am surprised of the effects as well, much more energy and better sleep. Can't wait to see what it does long term! Would recommend, my experience has been very good. Thank you Earthing Harmony.

They don’t allow exchanges. Shoes are not sized as they say on their website. No human customer service Ai responds. Don’t waste your money.

Appalling customer service - this business fails to meet my expectations. The order for an earthing sheet was now nearly a month ago (7-2-2025) and still nothing has arrived. Due to this long wait times, and a lack of clear solution - i cancelled the order and demanded a refund- nothing has happen yet. Please be aware if you want to order from this company that it can not fulfil your order and it does not respect your cancellation with immediate refund. Very poor management indeed.

I placed an oder on 16th Feb. Asked a question regarding the order from customer, they did not respond ever, despite a follow up. There is no tracking or any sign of the products being delivered. Awful service!

I placed an order on February 6 of this year. I received the oh-so-friendly response of "Thank you for your order" kind of email. And then nothing from them until February 21 in response to my inquiry as to the status and location of my order. They don't offer any means to track an order on your site. Their "customer service" person, 'Jessel' promised contact and shipping information within two days - which did not happen, nor did I see any progress from 'Jessel' in communicating with me. They obviously know they are doing such a poor job with their customers as they do not leave any place to leave reviews, I have to assume all reviews on the site are written by their very own HR and PR departments. I will not purchase from this company again. This is simply some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

I absolutely would not recommend this company as their return policy is misleading. The first paragraph says “ If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.” It isn’t until paragraph 3 it states personal items have to be in the original new unused condition which doesn’t include washed sheets that have not been used.

The pro: shoes are true size fitting, a very cute of its own culture and bag gifts that made me smile. The con: the smell is not natural as it is very strong chemicals. I had to put shoes outside in the sun to remove chemicals odors. I hope its smell go away soon so i can wear them.

I ordered a pair of the Earthing Harmony Ballet Flats. I loved them but they were too small. I requested an exchange and they had great communication. Everything went smoothly. I would order from Earthing Harmony again.
