The shoes are adorable! And comfy! But after we purchased them, as we are new to grounding, we realized we needed grounding socks to go with. These shoes wont work with regular socks.This needs to be pointed out. Also as a newbie these don't work on indoor floors or asphalt outdoors. Only unsealed concrete and grass dirt bare earth. But they're so cute you don't mind not getting constant grounding. I would still recommend.

I love the quick response to my issue and your willingness to resolve the problem. I ended up using a boot stretcher with a leather spray to stretch the collar on my boots. They are easier to get on, but still a little difficult for me due to arthritis in my hands which diminishes my grip. Would it be possible to create boots with a zipper? I know that might not be possible but I think it would be a popular choice especially with an aging but still active population. Thanks!

Well, first off I ordered the wrong size, but couldn't contact them through email or phone within 5 minutes of ordering. When I did get a response (within 48 hours), I was directed to the refund site. To make a long story short, I found that site somewhat to more than somewhat confusing and frustrating. Continued with request for return and refund a few times, but was being contacted from customer service as I went along. I expressed my frustration with their return site and suggested a more simpler restructure of the site. Received a very pleasant response with them telling me they will pass suggestion along. I loved the shoes, but found the top leather a little to stiff for my bunion area. All in all, I will more than likely order again in the future. Customer service was very helpful and gracious.

Pros are many, I love the shoes, on my 5th pair, they are classic and versatile style-wise and very comfortable. I do have more energy from wearing them. Its subtle but definitely there. I was worried my feet would stink, be sweaty slippery, or that I'd have blisters, and none of those are issues. They soles can be slick at first, but get texture and grip with a few wears. They feel very well made and hold up no problem during my walks around downtown for my lunch break. I did have a bit of an issue with sizing discrepancy, all my 5 pairs were size 41...one pair fits a little loose, the slides look a bit short, the others were a bit snug and the fifth pair was too big. I returned and sized down in the ballet flats to a 40 and they now fit snug like the others, but all stretch with wear and fit well now. I'd size up in slide sandals amd down in ballet flats. The receiving and returning process is slow but communication from the support team is very prompt and helpful. I am on pre-order for the woven slides and excited for those, and I'm really enjoying the style, comfort and energy these shoes give.

Here is an update to the below review. I ended up contacting Jessel thru email and sent pics of unopened merchandise. I understand that returns can be frustrating but after all Jessel kept in touch thru the process with daily updates via email and coordinated a fast return once I shipped the items back. So I give them a solid 4, as I do love the grounding shoes and grounding mats. I really appreciate the attention Jessel and coordination of the return. It was a full refund as expected. So thanks again, I appreciate it. Here is old review for context: I purchased grounding sheets and wanted to return them. They are all unopened in original packaging except one sheet I opened to look at. I never used one slept on it just folded it back up and put it back in the bag. The other 3 sets were never opened. I sent pics and customer service Jessel, said they looked opened and tried to give me 10% off and keep the sheets. I am sending them back and expect a Full Refund.

The shoes would probably have been more comfortable if I got the right size, they’re just a touch small, but as I’ve continued to wear them they’ve gotten more comfortable! I love how easy they are too slip on and go.

This is an update to my one star review. I was very unhappy because the grounding sheets I was sending to my daughter as a holiday gift never arrived. I reached out to the company more than once but never got an answer. I was aware the problem was with carrier. Once the company responded they were great. They credited me back a generous portion of the purchase price and resent a second set of sheets. My daughter loves them and has now recommended them to me and her friends.
