I love my earthing ballet slippers, the leather is very soft and super comfortable

Scam artist, refuse to honor return policy. Shoes were two days old and would not honor the refund policy that is posted on their website.

Recommended by my registered dietitian for grounding and I love the slides I picked. I wear them everywhere. Well made, super comfortable.

Wir haben vier Erdungslaken bei Earthing Harmony bestellt, waren mit der Qualität leider nicht zufrieden und versuchen seit Wochen, Kontakt aufzunehmen – bisher völlig erfolglos. Weder per E-Mail noch über die Hotline ist jemand erreichbar. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und fühlen uns alleingelassen. Die fehlende Erreichbarkeit und keinerlei Rückmeldung machen auf uns einen unseriösen Eindruck. Für uns wirkt das Ganze mittlerweile wie Abzocke – besonders ärgerlich bei den hohen Preisen. Wir wissen leider nicht mehr, was wir tun sollen. Finger weg von dieser Seite – es scheint, als würde sich hier niemand um Kunden kümmern.

When I received the shoes, they felt too short, so I contacted customer service. They advised me to continue wearing the shoes to see if they would stretch. Unfortunately, they did not stretch, so I contacted them again. They requested photos, which I provided. A week later, I received a response stating that they could not accept a return because the shoes had been worn, citing hygiene reasons. I feel this situation has been quite dishonest.

UPDATE - After creating a case with PayPal and again explaining that the marketing says "45 days to FEEL the difference or get your money back" Earthing Harmony has given me a full refund of $177 for the sheet. The 1 star remains for the false advertising and battle to get a refund but at least they finally came through. I didn't feel results from the sheet but maybe others will. FALSE ADVERTISING, NO REFUNDS Ordered and tried out the grounding sheet with the expectation it could be returned within 45 days for a refund as advertised if I didn't feel results. They denied the refund saying that it is a used personal item. How are you supposed to know if you like the sheet without trying it...and isn't everything they sell a personal use item. Then they offer me $30 for a sheet I paid $150 because they know they're wrong.

They sent me used, dirty shoes!!! I was sooooo excited to get the shoes. They just showed up 10 minutes ago, I opened them so gratefully. They're all scuffed up and dirty on the inside. They sent me a used pair. What an insult. They were $150.00 for dirty shoes? What a scam. I don't even get the privilege of putting my own energy into them. Sloppy seconds. This place is a scam. I posted a review with photos as proof and the "manager" emailed me saying they are hand-crafted and that is how they are supposed to look, and offered me $25 if I remove my review. It's not about the money, it's about the truth.

I got a pair of Slip-On shoes a month ago and wanted to wait a little before writing a review. They’ve molded to my feet beautifully, and the leather is incredibly soft. I absolutely love these shoes and plan to order more soon. They might just become the only shoes I wear from now on!
