Great product but horrendous customer service experience when I attempted to return unused sandals that were too big. I had to email them at least six times, upload pics, wait for approval, pay my own return shipping, and they still shorted me on the refund. My last email they just flat out ignored.

I got the loafers, the shoe is very cute, well made, and comfortable on my feet ....but these shoes are dangerous to wear. There's absolutely no tread. They tell you to scuff them up with sand paper before you wear them ( I'm sure that's their disclaimer) ...I wore them on rough sidewalks and ground them in and back and forth trying to scuff the soles up and them stepped on the grass in my yard where there was just a little incline and it was like stepping on ice. My leg went out from under me and I fell. So my review is this ...great shoes, well made, but very dangerous. I'm so disappointed because they are expensive and I was looking forward to wearing them!! ....why any company would sell a shoe ( even this earthling shoe) with no tread is beyond belief. This shoe on grass or any half way would-be surface like it sets one up for falls. I will not be wearing this shoe anymore. No refund here, I took the tag off to use them and they've been outside. Sorry for my choice of buying these.

I ordered the shoes but they were too large and I had a hard time processing a return. You have to pay the return postage (17$) for me and their return website didn't work and when they finally sent me a label it would not print. Maybe I just hit some obstacles by no intention on their part or not-I would not deal with them again. It is hard to order shoes online!!

I ordered shoes from earthing Harmony on April 14. .. The did not fit. Too wide. I requested to return them . It felt like they would do anything to avoid having them back. Tried to talk me into another style, wear them w thick socks, etc. lag time between messages. I did not want another style. I wanted a refund . I had to send the shoes back at my own expense ($20), and then wait 6 weeks for the refund. When the refund arrived there was another $18 taken of what I had paid for them. If you’re going to sell any product and brag all over the internet how great your product is - you better have excellent customer service. I would never order from these people again. I don’t care how great their shoes are-they do not seem to be able to flow w service for their product. I’m giving them a 3 because I finally got my refund (but I had to pay $38 just to get my refund.)..

UPDATE 2/27/26: I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 for the following reason: - The sheet is amazing - I asked for the company to send me a free grounding rod for all the hassle I experienced and they did. In truth it took about 2 months for me to get the cord because after I posted this review, the company contacted me saying they would send a replacement cord. However they STILL sent it to the wrong address after all that. They ended up sending me a brand new cord and the grounding rod I requested, so they did try and make amends. Just beware - I would check their shipping timeframes before ordering again, and request constant updates from the company on your purchase. If you do that you might be okay. 1/16/26: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This review is for the non-existent customer service - not the product. My sister originally ordered a fitted sheet for me as a Christmas gift. After weeks with no order delivery, she had to hunt down their customer service, to which they informed her that it would not be delivered until after the holiday. Once it did finally arrive, mine arrived without a cord... which means I can't even use it. Every order is promised to arrive with a cord to allow for grounding. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, with no response. I even ordered a single cord thinking it might get to me in the meantime while I sort this out, and nothing. No ship date, no anything. Truthfully this feels illegal and I do not know how this company has stayed in business. Highly disappointed and while it may be a great product, had I known the hassle I would've ordered from somewhere else. Beyond frustrating.

Loved the immediate comfort and beautiful craftsmanship of these handmade ALL leather shoes from day one! My feet, lower back and hips feel more active and balanced as I move about my day in these shoes. I truly feel more anchored and grounded to Earth even though I have been practicing regular grounding in Nature for years. These have truly made a big difference.

6/18/2025 After reading my 1 star review on Trustpilot, Laura, a manager at Earthing Harmony reached out to me. She did everything she could to resolve the issues I was experiencing with their customer service rep. I'm updating my review to 3 stars. I appreciated her willingness to work with me to resolve the issues I was having. I'm hoping that they address the rep that was "helping" me so that no one else would experience the frustration I felt. I still haven't tried the products as I am awaiting additional accessories that are being shipped. Again, I appreciated every effort on Laura's part to resolve this issue. 6/16/2025 If I could give them zero stars I would! I made the mistake of not confirming that my outlets were properly grounded. I purchased the grounding fitted sheet, outlet tester, and two grounding mats. After testing the outlets they were considered unsafe. I didn't receive anything in the package that had my order number. I requested my order number and for the last 8 days I still don't have that info. I submitted pictures and from the rep I received an email including the return process which stated that I need to provide my order number. How am I supposed to do that when I don't have that information?! I don't have an account with Earthing Harmony where I could look up my order. I purchased from the website without ever having to create an account. Customer service is the worst ever! They don't provide you with the information you requested and you get the runaround. There are plenty of other companies out there providing the same product and in the United States. Stay away from Earthing Harmony!
