Buyer Beward!
On 1/14/26 I ordered a pair of shoes totaling $205.02. I received the shoes on 1/29/26. One of the shoes was defective. The heel was constructed in a way that the shoe bowed out & my foot easily slipped out of the shoe. On 1/30/26 I sent an email requesting a refund as they advertise "a full money back guarantee if for any reason I was not satisfied". Long story short, I received a partial refund of $170.61 on 4/4/26. When requesting a full refund as advertised, they said the $34.41 was a restocking fee which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had a bad feeling when ordering the shoes. They didn't return voicemails (no-one answers the phone), they didn't return emails until I got my credit card company involved. They don't list an address on the website. I had to get them to provide an address so that I could return the shoes. I just want it documented to hopefully warn others when considering doing business with them. I know $34.41 is not a large amount but nonetheless it's false advertising. If it's not reported, they can continue their deceptive practices.

We're deeply sorry for this experience. This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. The restocking fee situation and communication delays you described are concerning to us, and we want to make this right fully. Please reach out directly at [email protected] with the subject "Attention: Customer Success Manager (Trustpilot) " and we'll personally review the remaining $34.41 and ensure this is resolved properly. Thank you for taking the time to document this. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and you deserve better. 🌿
