Mon quatrième voyage avec ER aux states. Aout 2026 location de 11 street glide tourer. Tout était prêt pour le pick up à New Orleans, Daren le gérant ER nous attendait. 10 bécanes quasi neuves, la mienne un peu moins. 3 000 kms de route vers Chicago, 2 incidents mécaniques parfaitement gérés en liaison avec DAREN par Harley Memphis et ER Nashville. Drop off à Chicago impeccable. Nous étions en assurance VIP 0, aucune surgcharge facturée après notre retour en France. En résumé, des vrais pros, c'est un peu cher, mais c'est sécure. Pour faire un voyage en moto aux USA, je conseille.

ALLES PERFEKT Wenn andere Leute unzufrieden sind, so kann ich das nicht verstehen. Ich habe 2 Street-Glide Touring-Edition bereits 1 Jahr vor unserer Tour über die Route 66 bestellt. Als wir um 09:00 Uhr ankamen, standen unsere Maschinen schon bereit. Eine kurze Einweisung, ein paar Unterschriften und nach ca.30-45 Minuten sind wir losgefahren. Kurz zum Hotel, unsere Seesäcke auf dem Rücksitz verstaut und es ging los. Als ich auf 2/3 der Stecke am Hinterrad einen Platten bekam, wurde mir sehr schnell geholfen. EAGLERIDER hat sich um alles gekümmert. Nach circa 1 Stunde kam der Abschleppwagen, hat die Harley aufgeladen und mich zum nächsten Harley-Händler in Victorville CA 92395 gebracht. Dort wurde ein neuer Hinterreifen montiert und nach ca. 2 Stunden ging es weiter. Wir haben in den 3 Wochen 3.769 Meilen gefahren und die Maschinen waren in tadellosem Zustand! Die Rückgabe in Los Angeles war in sehr kurzer Zeit erledigt. Alles in Allem: Ein sehr guter Service und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Nächste Tour dann wieder mit EAGLERIDER ! ------------------------------------------------ EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT If other people are dissatisfied, I just can’t understand it. I ordered two Street Glide Touring Edition motorcycles a year before our Route 66 tour. When we arrived at 9:00 a.m., our bikes were already waiting for us. A quick briefing, a few signatures, and after about 30-45 minutes, we were on our way. We stopped briefly at the hotel, stowed our duffel bags on the back seat, and hit the road. When I got a flat tire on the rear wheel about two-thirds of the way through the trip, I received help very quickly. EAGLERIDER took care of everything. After about an hour, the tow truck arrived, loaded the Harley, and took me to the nearest Harley dealer in Victorville, CA 92395. There, a new rear tire was installed, and after about two hours, we were back on the road. We rode 3,769 miles over the three weeks, and the bikes were in impeccable condition! The return process in Los Angeles was completed very quickly. All in all: Excellent service and very friendly, helpful staff. Next tour—we’ll be riding with EAGLERIDER again! I hope you'll forgive my imperfect English.

While EagleRider has a huge selection of bikes, my experience was mixed. The Harley I rented had a minor mechanical issue that required a swap-out, which cost me half a day of my planned tour. The staff at the location were helpful in resolving it, but the process felt bureaucratic and slow. For a company of their stature, I expected a more streamlined contingency plan. You're paying a premium for the brand, but the customer service flexibility when things go wrong doesn't seem to match. Good, but could be much better.

Just returned back to the UK after a truly memorable experience riding route 66 with eaglerider. A 2 week trip with 16 quality harley davidsons Road glides. Quality tour guide. Quality hotels. And never a dull moment. Good back up not short of ice cold water and good company and a welcoming beer at the end of each day's ride. Can fully recommend this trip as a life time stress free experience. Thank you eaglerider a trip I will remember for the rest of my life

Une expérience totalement réussie avec ER, que ce soit avec le siège à Los Angelès ou à l'agence de Denver. Les avis négatifs me surprennent. Les 8 motos louées pour deux semaines étaient pour ainsi dire neuves. Nous avons eu en route un pbm de fil coupé sur un cylindre = sur l'avis du gérant, nous sommes allés à la concession HD de Durango, Colorado, qui a pris en charge immédiatement et sans frais bien sûr l'intervention ; en une heure, c'était réglé. A tous les moments des échanges et des négociations, nous avons été écoutés et entendus. L'agence a accepté d'ouvrir une heure plus tôt (un dimanche) pour nous permettre de réaliser le trajet de notre premier jour. Toutes les motos choisies n'étaient pas dispo à la récupération, " et alors ?" = nous avons reçu des motos supérieures, sans supplément bien sûr ! Je recommande fortement cette entreprise, pour la 3ème fois en 15 ans, le service a été irréprochable. C'est sûr que les prix sont assez élevés, mais la qualité aussi. Il faut, comme pour tout contrat, bien lire et comprendre toutes les mentions, notamment pour ce qui concerne les assurances. Le montant de l'assurance VIP Zéro (39$/jour) doit être intégré dans le budget global et ne pas être considéré comme frais annexes. Le supplément pour saison haute (19$/jour) existe en effet... tout comme en France, et partout dans le monde, dans le secteur du tourisme = ça ne choque personne, je crois ? Nous avons souscrit au Club Avantages, qui aura permis, tous comptes faits, de réaliser une économie d'environ 65% sur le devis initial. Nous comptons renouveler l'expérience en 2026, et sans aucun doute, avec ER.

I loved my guided motorcycle tour with EagleRider. The guides were knowledgeable, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for any motorcycle enthusiast!

Just like to say what a great tour the above was, and particularly the never-ending support from our guides Josh and Scottie, nothing was too much, delivered on everything and if ever there was a problem it was sorted immediately and without question, even to the silliest of enquiries, plus what a great pair of guys as well! Highlights for me, riding through Death Valley at 100 degrees on the first day……..phew!!, the ride down the valley into Bakersfield, Yosemite Park and El Capitan, and the excitement of entering San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge, and then trying to group ride up the hills into central San Francisco……gulp, not one for the faint hearted. Truly a life defining experience, great Eagle Rider team, great friendship amongst the riders, good support , I would recommend it to anyone!
