This company is a total rip off!!! I booked a bike unaware at the time that a Motorcycle license is now required. (I'm Oldskool and haven't rented a bike ever, just owned them for 25 years) I attempted to cancel and was initially assured they would by a rep. In the end I got back a pretty nasty response from their customer service person stating it was all my fault and too bad for not knowing about needing a license. I told them that info is not clearly stated before rental and so too bad, we're taking your cash anyway. This is not the kind of service I would ever have expected from anything to do with Harley Davidsons brand. Born To Be Wild? Fuggeddaboutit!!! Born to get ripped off more like it.

I saved for many years to take the trip of a lifetime and ride across America from coast to coast. The rental bike came from EagleRider. A third of the way into the trip I hit a lump of concrete on the road. Somehow I didn’t fall off, though I did wreck the front wheel. I paid EagleRider a total of $3820.71 for a 19-day hire. Of this $1234.34 (32%) was for 3 separate insurance policies (the highest possible level of cover). So I was shocked when the Harley dealer I was towed to said EagleRider had instructed them, to take the bike off me. It seems in spite of my insurances, that by hitting the lump of concrete in the road, I had invalidated my contract with EagleRider. I pleaded that they were leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country. EagleRider said if I'd read the 10 pages of terms and conditions sent to me after booking (not the ones on the website) I would know that this was their policy. The insurance was to cover their bike, not my booking with them. To continue my planned trip, I had to make a completely new hire agreement with EagleRider and pay for a new rental bike. I acknowledge that eventually, I was able to get a 70% reduction on the second hire, but only after prolonged negotiation with EagleRider. If you are thinking about a road trip with EagleRider, you should be aware there is no way you can you protect yourself from EagleRider cancelling your contract in the event that you have an accident which leaves the bike unrideable. Think very carefully before using this company and ask them, when booking ‘what happens to your EagleRider contract in the event you have an accident immobilizing the bike’. Most of all make sure you read both sets of terms and conditions! The EagleRiders website may have lots of pictures of smiling bikers punching the air in joy but this company has no moral compass and their corporate greed is more important than their customer's welfare.

Rude and incompetent. My girlfriend booked the trip for my birthday and bought the ultimate package including a ride to bullets and Burgers. This includes a pickup which was 9am Monday morning. She called Sunday to confirm. 9am came and went so at 9.15 she called them. They had forgotten. Finally got to the site at 9.35 where we had missed our appointment and the place was in chaos. Had to wait over an hour, so much for the appointment. We had the ultimate package but were told this didn't include breakdown cover or 3rd party insurance which was another €30 . I guess spending over €1000 doesn't get you home They must have a secret ultimate ultimate package... Finally got the bike around 11am.where we found even though when choosing the bike my girlfriend had been told they had a pre programmed gps this bike didn't. Maybe your team should have known this? We set off for bullets and Burgers 90 minutes later than expected and got lost a few times. Finally my girlfriend took her gloves off and used her phone for directions which I wasn't happy about. If I'd known there wasn't a gpsi would have brought one. We eventually arrived at bullets and Burgers 3 hours later than planned. We had called them that morning to keep them updated but they still were not expecting us. More confusion and chaos. The shooting was good. The burger was average. As we were way off our planned time we decided against riding the long way back as my girlfriend's phone was now flat. This was disappointing as she doesn't shoot but wanted to visit the ghost town. Got back to vegas as it was getting dark and hit rush hour traffic. We found ourselves in the shady part of Vegas. I wasnt happy at stopping at lights. Finally found our hotel. Returned the bike the next morning at 10.15 to be told we were late and 'wait over there for a slip'. I pointed out we didn't get the bike till 11 but was told he didn't care it wasnt his job. By this time I was losing my temper. Went to the office and were told not to worry we wouldn't be fined.... Poor is way understated. As for the bike well when warm the gear change was appalling and neutral wouldn't engage unless you killed the engine. Gets pretty warm in the desert fast. Maybe maintain your bikes.
