By far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Product Delivery was delayed with no updates, when I did talk to customer service they were rude. When I finally received the product the quality was not what was advertised. I would highly recommend avoiding this company and all of there products.

This is my second online order from DX Sabers. The Twin classic Tano sabers I got my wife for her birthday was amazing. So, this year I ordered neopixel upgrade for her Rose Gold saber, (we picked it up at C2E2 when we met DX Sabers), for Christmas. I requested to have it before Christmas, and as they promised, I have received it. It's going to be a amazing upgrade.

While some concern that I might not receive my order, I did , within six weeks of the order. It came very well packaged and the sabers exceeded expectations. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the darth mail light dual sabers.

The two that I purchased the lightsabers from (12/10/22) were amazing and friendly and charismatic. And the person who I was in contact with via email about something I needed for the sabers (12/12/22) was quick and friendly. I am very happy with my experience with Dxsabers.

Changed my review from 5 (Dec 2022) to 1 (Sept 2024). I debated doing this for a while but seeing how this company continues to fool people pushed me to make this change. It took them almost a year to refund my mother after returning the sabers. But that’s not all. Paul put me in a very awkward position when I worked at a convention for him by not only booking a single room for me and another employee, this room had 1 bed. When I called him out on this and refused to allow him to book future rooms for me, he flipped out on me and then “fired” me. There are no limits to the audacity this man has. Stay far, far away. I can back up everything I say with screenshots. I will post them if I have to.

Amazing Sabers And even more amazing staff and customer support! I contacted them for a question and they got back to me within minutes! 10/10 will recommend them! We are obsessed!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! my boyfriend placed an order over a YEAR AGO and after being promised almost monthly that this order would ‘arrive soon’ they eventually cut contact. when i finally got into contact with them on instagram, they went on some rant about how their company had been scammed and they ‘couldn’t afford’ to refund us….. the owner then went on to try and guilt trip us by saying he couldn’t talk anymore because he was ‘babysitting his children’ and stopped responding to our messages. (so unprofessional!!!) we got an email a week later from his wife saying we would get a refund by the end of the month. it has now been over a month and a half later and we have been constantly ignored. I genuinely do not understand how these people have good reviews. I’m appalled at their customer service and the fact that they have scammed us out of nearly $300. really upsetting to see as i’m sure young/easy to scam people buy from here. DO NOT LET THEM DO THE SAME THING TO YOU. - dxsabers, if you are reading this, do the honest thing and give us our money back!!!

Phenomenal product, well made, durable and fun. However, it's the above and beyond service from Dxsabers that is the real stunner. I will recommend to everyone.
