Starting off, I had two orders from DX Sabers made in July of 2024. DX Sabers had a booth at a local anime convention. It was the first convention I've ever been to. As a massive star wars fan I spent quite a bit of time interacting with the couple working the booth. I ended up purchasing a BOGO baselite saber deal. I received two lightsaber hilts and I was told by the woman working the booth that both saber blades would ship within the week and arrive to my address. Right after the convention I ordered a CoverTech Wheel from their website. I received tracking information for this item within a week. The item stayed in pre-shippment for over 50 days.. Following my purchases I communicated with the owner of the company multiple times. My order was delayed multiple times. Eventually after I pressed the issue the owner stopped replying until I requested a refund not once but twice. Following this one of the employees of this company reached out to me stating my packages would ship that day. After over 50 days the CoverTech wheel arrived in early - mid September. I sent another email informing them the blades never arrived. As of right now I haven't heard back from anyone at DX Sabers. The only reason I'm not giving a one star review is because the CoverTech wheel eventually arrived. I still have a part of my first order that never arrived. I can't recommend this company as a vendor. Update I: I received a passive aggressive message from the DX Sabers Instagram after i published this review (I do have screenshots). I doubled down on my review and was blocked by the official DX Sabers Instagram page. Update II: as of Oct 9th the blades were delivered to my house (tracking info wasn't provided) Both appear to be in working condition. After a fair share of hit and miss customer service and long wait times both items were delivered in working condition.

Had bought a Saber from them. Got the Saber but the core in the Saber was a fire Hazzard. Had to have them send a new core for the Saber. Took awhile for them to respond. They do not have the best customer service. They do not like if you voice your opinion about their company. They are slow on shipping. A reply. The battery that was in the Saber was fine. The board it's self was hot glued if not just taped in to the core. There was bare wires and screws that were screwed into wires in to the Saber. I do have pictures of what the core looked like when it was out for proof. Now yes they did replace the core for the Saber. And do some other deals for more business. But the first Saber I ordered was a piece of trash. Other sabers I had received were fine and work as they should.

At first all was okay the saber was working fine but suddenly it got stuck on one color no sound and won’t turn off no matter what I tried not sure what happened it’s like it quit on me I’ve had issues in the past with these sabers not sure what to do

Make ur delivery faster. I ordered mine two weeks ago and estimated time said only 5 business days

Responsive customer service, wide selection of sabers, and that's about it. Sent me a poorly constructed saber - constantly loose screws, poorly aligned, and a somewhat splotchy paint job. Was informed that wasn't enough of a reason for refund but I was welcome to choose another product of equal or lesser value, or be sent a replacement. Why would I want another item from them when they've already demonstrated their lower quality? They didn't even offer to send a return mailing slip and had to mail the saber back on my own dime. Two hundred bucks down the drain. I'd recommend going with a different company before DX.

I placed my orders In early 2020. One I’m February one in March. I received the one from March over a year later in may and the one from February I still have yet to receive. The saber I did receive the battery shorted out only 2 weeks after receiving. I ended up replacing my inside chassis with a golden harvest v3 from dark wolf sabers. Do not waste your money or time.

Terrible. Ordered on 11/20 and it took almost 2 months to receive. After being told it would arrive by Christmas. Contacted to update my address because we had moved since ordering. Saber was still delivered to old address. Was delivered in original packaging, taped to death. Perfect way to get a package stolen. Arrives, unwrapped with zero instruction. Says it's baselit when I ordered a neopixel. The way their digital receipts are organized, you can't don't get a complete description. Shady business.

Ordered from here a while ago, the Anakin neopixel saber. Waited a while and never received it, didn't even get a notice to say it had shipped. Seems like this is a very common occurrence, though I was lucky enough to get a refund for it, I guess because it was ordered before this business came under fire for bad practices. Overall it really seems like a business to avoid, make sure you do research before purchasing sabers, there are many sites like this that seem too good to be true with their prices, and it's because they are. You get what you pay for, as they say.
