Personally I have ordered from these guys in the past and have had some very good experiences and decent service so I decided to order from them again their newsletter said all orders would be shipped and delivered by Christmas time mine wasn't I contacted support and was told it's be delivered by the 1st of January and I'd receive shipping details within a day or two of the 26th December many days later now still no updates I messaged them again on the 31st December and here now on January 7th I've received no response or update on a 600 plus dollar order which is very concerning. I'm hoping that I actually receive this as it has been over a month since I placed the order and I have been guaranteed a delivery date twice. Update I have filed a fraud case with credit card company and gotten money back. I would not order from this company I believe they have scammed me. Bad place and horrible service. they even had the nerve to ask me to leave a good reviews as "internet trolls" people who have been scammed leave bad reviews. Just a pathetic experience this time around!

I placed an order for 2 sabers 6/19/2021 for 2 sabers that were listed as "in stock" and have been listed as such ever since. The order was for Halloween that year, but I still have not received anything to date, including a refund. As Halloween of 2021 neared, I got customer service involved in some slow email back-and-forth (several dozen - days between responses) and I was given various production excuses - but they were always supposed to be resolved and I'd receive my order soon. These sabers were supposed to be in-stock, don't forget. I eventually asked for a refund since I no longer needed the sabers and was told I could only have store credit. They actually had the nerve to email me again 5/13/22 (6 months since my last communication with them, which was to request a refund and almost a year after placing the order) telling me my order will be ready now, if I could only send them more money to cover additional shipping costs they incurred. My original order was $500 USD with FREE shipping. I received nothing and no refund. Being from Canada, there is little recourse for me to continue pursuing the matter. I was defrauded. Don't get involved with DX Sabers!

The only thing I did not like was how long it took for it to ship. It took 7 months for me to get them. I did receive one in Late November while other this month. Other than that I had no issue and was at least being communicated with. I do believe when he says that they are working on shipping times.

Was not worth it Met these guys at a con. They seemed really cool and had some really awesome looking hilts, including the pair of specific character hilts I wanted. So, I decided to buy them through their online store the next chance I got. It ended up taking 7 months for me to receive my sabers. Customer service was very polite…once I finally got a hold of them. I had to reach out to them for any updates on my order. They were rarely (if at all) the first ones to give me any updates. Any update I would get just seemed like excuse after excuse. Even up to the shipping of the order. They sent me a tracking number and my order still didn’t ship for another month. Kept getting the “It will be sent out this week” or “So sorry for the delay. You should be treated like family and we are doing our best”. Or something along those lines. Got promises of free accessories AND a free saber for my patience. None of which came with my order. When I reached out about the lack of extra things that were promised. I got the same excuses of they’ll go out this week each week I asked about it. Finally did get some free accessories but never got that extra saber they promised, and they never acknowledged it again either. Now, I wish I could say the sabers were at least worth the cost, but I really can’t. Took them to a con for the first time and one was a constant struggle to work. Pretty sure both died before my friend’s sabers too, but then they miraculously were acting normal again without being charged. So not sure what’s going on there. Both kept falling apart, one was just pieces and the other was completely in half. Just not worth it when walking around a con all day.

Can’t say enough about the customer service. Very helpful to talk when I had questions. The two sabers I got were extra nice. Will definitely buy from again.

Communication is amazing ships fast I’m happy with my purchase

There were some mistakes made but as soon as the problem was addressed, DXsabers customer service was on it. I’m very impressed that this company took accountability and immediate action to get through the problem. Great Service!
