I used to order all the time with no issues. I been having a few issues with not receiving my orders, as of today 11/04/2015, I have been promised I will receive 9 cartons I am missing. within 5-8 business days. Lets see what happens within this time frame, They are at least trying.

The whole process has been very professional and times have been exactly fulfilled.

This is my second order, where I purchase for my adult son. I mistakenly ordered the wrong length, then reordered the correct ones. The sales rep was willing to work with me to correct the issue even after both orders had been placed! Thanks for being so understanding!

Although this is my 1st order & didn't know exactly what to expect & how long my order would take , i have been delighted with the service & the response from them with any enquiries i have made .

These guys are the most responsive and customer service oriented company I have worked with. I tried three other companies and all failed to deliver the cigarettes I ordered, granted they are international which makes it harder but I waited since June for the other companies, and got only partial order, these guys came through with the delivery in 3 weeks.

Been purchasing at Duty Free for quite some time and found staff to be very responsive and helpful. Lately the post office failed to deliver merchandise so delivery was delayed a couple months. Staff found a way to jump the hurdle and merchandise arrived two weeks after a third mailing. Duty Free has never failed to deliver.

I am extremely satisfied with DutyFreeDepot. Their 'staff' is courteous and professional. Any problematic issue was solved in a timely manner. I am very familiar with Corporations and Companies. I highly recommend this Company; with no reservations.

I acquired a rolling tobacco in the store many times. I want to thank the staff of the store for the prompt service and quick solution to problematic issues arise. I plan to shop more often in the future. I recommend!!
