I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this splendid company to all my friends and family. Their service is second to none, they do their utmost to get your order out to you asap, and their communications are fast and reliable. I will be using this company again and again.

I order for me and my girlfriend (separate addresses) for a few years and I never had any problems! I coupple of times a shipment did not arrive but because I choose to pay a liddle bit more for insurrance, I Always received the total amount of cartons I ordered. I found a very good understanding and service, both by E-mail and telephone; they have never let me down in any way!

My order was received in a very timely manner. Customer service very responsive. No complaints.

I paid with a Visa card that doesn't charge foreign currency fees but the claim currency fluctuations added 3% to my cost. I asked for a refund and they blocked my account. Good riddance. They couldn't deliver anyway as everything that was ordered previously always was delayed for one reason or another. This game is over

I was a customer over five years and had no problem. In June DFD added shipping costs but I didn't have a problem with that. BUT my order was NEVER received. DFD said there was a holdup at one point and they would resend my order. After four "we will resend your order" I called to complain but my calls went unanswered, it would go to voice mail with the message "the party is unavailable." I contacted them by email and asked for a refund. I got my refund finally but it was not for the entire amount.

I have always had good service from this company, but when they added shipping cost of $9 per carton, I called it quits. They no longer are a low cost cigarette provider.

Ordered 2 cartons and they said that delivery time is 28 business days, but I get cartons within 10 days! Ordered 6 cartons again from company and now I'm waiting how long it takes to receive them.
