The cartons of cigarettes that I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The communication that I had with the custom services was also great. They provided me with a tracking number and the shipping was very fast (less than 10 days). After you place the order, it takes a while for them to receive the money and they ship the cartons a few days later after the payment. It is reliable website and I recommend everyone to buy.

this was my first order, as i was wearied that it could be a rip off company. but i ordered to see and i can say i am so happy with the service i received, very good and helpfull customer service, i did get worried as order was ages and i keept emailing them and they kept telling me it will arrive,,which i did think they were fobbing me off, but i was WRONG, my item arrived in perfect condition and the cigs were really nice,reason for my delay was they came from israle which was a holiday for them which they didnt work for a week so everything was on stop in israle but soon as they back at work it took a week to get from israle to uk carmarthenshire, im so happy with dfd i will be a loyal customer to them and i hope they will keep up the good work by delivering on time and hopefully little faster,but i can not find faults with them amazing,, i HOPE they keep their prices low and affordable.. if they do tend to increase the cigs and bacco lot more then i will be a lost customer as money is hard and tight as it is, but at moment im chuffed with the prices some cigs could be cheaper than they are, and you should also have an option to choose 1 carton ect but u dont, u have to order 2 cartons and it does work out expensive then which is fustration as some times i only have 20 odd quid in bank, but the cigs come to 30 + so i cant place order intil i get more cash in, but if they had the option like they did have of choosing 1 cartoon then i be over the moon and i can order ever week from them, please put the option to choose how many cartons u want to purchase, as my last order i was able to choose 1 cartoon... which i found very good and helpfull. not only that if u paying 40 -50 coz u have to purchase 2 cartons then it be a waste if the cigs come back and they taste awfull so that 280 cigs thrown away, which if u can buy just 200 at a time to try out then that would be better as it wont be so bad throwing 180 cigs aways if they are awfull. but i want to thank dfd for their service and PLEASE KEEP THE PRICES VERY LOW. AND PLEASE ADD OPTION TO CHOOSE 1 CARTON, PLEASE THANK YOU XX

It makes you feel safe ordering from duty free cigarettes because if in the rare event your package is lost- they will track it- and replace shipment as necessary from their findings. They actually do it! So feeling safe when ordering is very important to us here in the united states- we need to feel that our purchase is protected by people who care- and these people do!
