While the attendant was taking my order, a fan was blowing her hair all over her face and head while she is handling the drinks. As she was making my drink, she bent directly over the ice machine and her hair falling on top of the ice. There is hair in that ice machine. WHY IS IT SITTING ON THE FLOOR!!!

We were not warned but the cold foam with any carbonated makes it overflow and explode all over you and ruins your day!

Dear Sir or Madam. I’m reporting to you guys. About Max Ariqat , who’s a disrespectful person. He bullied me, through an entertainer/ influencer ( Brandon Davis, BD ) ‘s Discord Community. He ( Max Ariqat ) went to Brandon, sneakily and told lies about me to Brandon , for him to delete me from his Discord Community. Which, I did nothing, wrong! All I did in the Discord Community movie section is post things about movies I watch and review them. It made me feel very embarrassed and upset!!!!!! Max Ariqat works for your company, in Wichita, KS

Dutch Bros is being deceptive! I learned today that apparently if you ask for light ice in your already expensive drink, DB will charge you an additional $2. I was shocked when the young man charged me almost $10 for a medium drink and had the nerve to flip that screen around for a tip! When I questioned him he offered no explanation, there is nothing on their drive up signage that shows if you want light ice, you pay a premium. It’s very deceptive to not tell people what they will pay additionally, plus the cup he gave me was still full of ice, there was no difference in the amount of drink to ice ratio. So, basically they charged me for the drink and still put a bunch of ice in it. I’m done with DB and I will tell everyone I know take your business to Starbucks!

Dutch Bros. has one phone number for all their locations. I have never purchased a coffee from them and today solidifies my decision to never purchase one. I had a question about their app, as it doesn't allow you to choose decaf or any other style of coffee for many of their drinks, so I decided to call and find out if it is possible to order the drink and then call the store to have them use decaf, you know, like literally EVERY OTHER coffee place in existence? I called on a Saturday and the 877 number immediately said that they were closed and to call back on Monday. Really???? This is a major company and they can't even have location phone numbers? What if an order is wrong? What if you don't get your order? What if you don't want to drive to the nearest store because you wanted to order on the app? What's the app even for if you are expected to drive in yourself and order in person? And finally, what year are we in??? Who doesn't have a phone number at the location??? I have never heard of this before. And a 877 universal number for all locations that doesn't operate on weekends??? No thanks. Starbucks is the clear winner and I will never buy a dutch bros coffee ever. They are even more expensive than Starbucks anyways. Almost 7 bucks for a medium drink???? Seriously? I pay that much for a large at Starbucks! You lost a potential customer for making things this hard just to buy a coffee?! Let me open up my Starbucks app and order a blended drink. Oh, thank you, Starbucks. Thank you for making it so easy for the consumer and order decaf and all the extras I want. Oh? I can call the actual store where my coffee is being made? Thank you, Starbucks! You deserve my business. Dutch Bros? Nah, you don't have to ever worry about them. You will always reign far above them. They will be defunct in a few years.

Love Dutch Bros drinks, but advise to not get real excited about their points system through their app. It doesn’t always work to update bonus points and the customer service at the location varies. Some workers will fix it by adding your points or your free drink, but others just tell you to contact customer service. Customer service AI is useless and just promises you the points will show up in 72 hrs and they don’t. Tried three different ways to contact DB and finally got it resolved after 5 days. I used to go a lot more depending on the special bonus point offers, but this glitch has happened enough that I decided to ignore the point system altogether.
