Love Dutch Bros, not point system
Love Dutch Bros drinks, but advise to not get real excited about their points system through their app. It doesn’t always work to update bonus points and the customer service at the location varies. Some workers will fix it by adding your points or your free drink, but others just tell you to contact customer service. Customer service AI is useless and just promises you the points will show up in 72 hrs and they don’t. Tried three different ways to contact DB and finally got it resolved after 5 days. I used to go a lot more depending on the special bonus point offers, but this glitch has happened enough that I decided to ignore the point system altogether.
